Your First Time Here

Visiting a new church can be daunting, which is why we want your first Sunday with us to be a simple and welcoming experience.

WHAT SUNDAYS ARE LIKE

We gather every Sunday at 9am and 10:45am in Ballard. Both services are nearly identical and run about 75 minutes long. There’s no particular dress code— jeans, boots, or business casual — you’ll fit right in.

Worship takes place in our Sanctuary, with Scripture, prayer, music, and preaching all central to the service. We sing a mix of hymns and contemporary songs, designed to engage both the head and the heart. Biblical preaching connects ancient truth with everyday life in Seattle.

There is free parking directly west of the building as well as nearby street parking. If you are using public transit, we are one block away from a stop on Route 40.

As you approach our main entrances, our greeters are ready to point you to coffee, kids check ins and seating. Trinity Kids check in (infant–5th grade) opens 15 minutes before worship. Stay afterward for coffee and conversation—it’s one of the best ways to get a feel for our community.

NEXT STEPS

We invite all of our visitors to Give Us Six, which simply means that you visit us six Sundays over the first couple of months. This gives you some time to learn our rhythms, beliefs and mission.

Beyond the six weeks, we encourage all adults to Get In a Group. While Sundays are how we come together to worship, groups are the best way to develop lasting relationships with each other.

And finally, if you feel called to join us in our mission, we have many wonderful opportunities to serve our neighbors, our coworkers, and one another.
